On the 1st of each month, NOZOMI opens its bookings two months in advance (for example, on 1 January, bookings open for the entire month of March).
When making the reservation, a credit card will be required as a guarantee of attendance. No charge will be made when you make your booking.
Reservations are made for a specific number of covers. The number of guests attending must be the same as the number of guests in the booking.
In order to maintain the quality of our service and the characteristics of our cuisine, we are unable to accommodate tables of more than six guests. We have a single table for six diners, where we only serve our Omakase Menu.

1.- Any allergies must be communicated by the CLIENT when making the booking. If you have severe allergies or intolerances, it is absolutely necessary that you consult with the restaurant before making your reservation; unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate certain types of allergies.
2.- Nozomi is not the most suitable restaurant for children under the age of 10, but they are always welcome as long as they respect the peaceful and quiet atmosphere and do not disturb other diners.
3.-We do not offer children's menus or vegetarian menus, nor does the nature of our cuisine allow us to adapt.
4.- We do not have enough space for baby buggies. It is essential to check availability before making a booking.
5.- Out of respect for other diners, please switch your mobile device to silent mode and refrain from using it during the experience.
6.- Please respect the time of your booking. The tables are allocated by time slot to ensure the best possible service. As a result, the restaurant may cancel reservations that are more than 15 minutes late and apply its cancellation policy.
7.- We do not have space for parking individual transport (bicycles, scooters, etc.).
8.- No pets allowed.

A charge of €40 per guest will be applied as a cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your booking with less than 12 hours' notice.
- If you do not show up on the day and time of your booking.
- If fewer guests than those indicated in the reservation show up.
